The manager immediately made me feel at home. Even before I arrived in Indiana, she had e-mailed me with details about the move-in and the followed up with a phone call to see if I had any questions. She was very thorough and pleasant, and always got back to me immediately on any concerns I had. She worked hard to ensure that everything was perfect for my entire stay. You are fortunate to have her.

The other members of the staff were likewise extremely helpful and friendly. I'm not sure if I met all of them, but the ones that I did could not have been nicer. They were always up and positive, and went out of their way to find answers for me or assist with whatever came up. They are a great staff."
